Soy Milk Latte

Finally, a Latte for the lactose-intolerant
or just for something different

Add about 6-9 oz of your favorite chilled soy milk to a cold stainless steel pitcher.  Foam on high steam to about 95 degrees Fahrenheit, continue to heat to 165 degrees.

Tamp a double-dose of your favorite espresso grind in the portafilter (We like Java Joe's), and draw your double God Shot of espresso.

Pour espresso into your favorite (warmed) cup, top off with steamed and frothed soy milk, add sweetener (if you must), sit back, relax, enjoy!
